½” (12.70mm) The Cheapest, Chemical resistant, Industrial, Ball Float Valve on the market, is an ideal Tank Level Control.
It has 5 positions for more accurate level adjustment, with no tools needed once in the tank. Valve seats are available in either EVA Polythene which is suitable for most chemicals or EPDM Rubber which copes with the more aggressive chemicals. With a 9.5mm (0.374″) flow.
The main parts are manufactured in Prime Polypropylene material, it has a 5″ (142mm) ball and a Whitworth studding, metal arm over-molded and then welded to produce an Industrial Chemical resistant product.

The redesign of the Ball Float Valve incorporates an adjustable cam, giving 5 different positions for more flexibility in situations where adjusting fluid levels is essential and it resolves the problem of the type ‘A’ air gap. We have produced a thumb screw so once the float valve is in the tank you will not need to take it out to adjust.

We manufacture the product from prime Grey polypropylene with the seat in standard EVA polythene which has a working temperature of 70oc maximum and good chemical resistance. It is then welded where needed to create an unbreakable seal so no metal is exposed making it chemical resistant. For more aggressive chemicals you could have the EPDM rubber internal seat which has a working temperature of 90oc and a much greater range of aggressive chemicals than EVA.
The main parts of this valve have been molded the same way for over 50+ years, the Ball Float Valve is robustly constructed and has a long maintenance-free operating life. Once installed they can be left to perform the required function without the consent need for supervision.
